I can not launch the Shotlight app, it's always crashes / I see a grayed out screen

Follow this steps please:

A) Delete and set up the app again - during the set, the app will ask the permission to use the Camera of your device, Location service, ect - allow.


B) When you open the app - instructions starting to show (tutorial), follow all the requests to see all the possibilities of the app, if you missed one step (don`t click, scroll, ect, depends on what screen ask you to do) - the app just won`t go further. The needed step will lights app on the monitor (for example if the tutorial wants you to scroll the `wheel` - the wheel will lights up. Once you pass all the steps - the app will work as usual. To pass tutorial once again, go to Menu --->Settings ---> Show tutorial.


C) Regarding connection, please check if you do everything right:

1. Turn On the iblazr 2 in a `searching mode` (push the button on the iblazr 2 once)

2. Go to a Bluetooth menu on your smartphone and start the search of the devices.

3. After the smartphone finds the iblazr 2 - connect to it.

4. Go to a Shotlight app and tap the lightning icon in the top of the monitor - add the iblazrs by the taping sign [+].


D) And then check if iblazr 2 is paired:

1. Turn On the iblazr 2 in a `searching mode` (push the button on the iblazr 2 once)

2. Go to a Bluetooth menu and choose iblazr 2.

3. Tap `Pair`, if the lightning on the back of the housing is lights with a blue color - it`s paired.

E) Make sure that your native camera app takes pictures (trigger the shutter) by pressing volume up button - if not - iblazr 2 will not taking pictures either. You should program this button for `shutter` in the settings
